Wanpixel provides custom web development, user interface design, branding, system integrations, and ongoing technical support. By engaging our services or submitting a project brief on this site, you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates, Scope & Payment Terms
- Estimates: All prices calculated on the online Scope Brief form are estimates based on initial client selections and are subject to formal confirmation.
- Deposit: Unless agreed upon otherwise in a separate statement of work, a non-refundable **50% deposit** is required before project execution begins.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to final project deployment, file transfer, or domain launch.
3. Client Content & Assets
Clients are responsible for supplying necessary project materials (such as copywriting, high-resolution logos, brand guidelines, and product imagery) in a timely manner. The client guarantees that all submitted media assets do not violate copyright or intellectual property rights of third parties.
4. Project Timelines & Delays
Estimated completion timelines begin once the initial deposit is received and all required project assets have been submitted by the client. Delays in asset submission or feedback review by the client may result in adjusted launch dates.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment settlement, full ownership rights of the custom frontend codebase, visual layout, and graphics created specifically for the project transfer to the client. Wanpixel retains rights to core underlying tools, reusable libraries, and the right to display completed work in design portfolios.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wanpixel will not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from server downtime, third-party plugin failures, domain registry outages, or unauthorized external breaches beyond our control.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
